What’s the best way to contact us regarding orders, issues or general inquiries?"The better way to get us is via email. You can email us at QUEENBEAUTYCOSMETIC03@GMAIL.COM regarding any issues. If there’s any issues with the product or missing item, please send us a picture of the items you received.

Who do I contact if my package wasn’t delivered or missing?Depending on which carrier your order was shipped through, you would have to contact either USPS or FedEx to file a missing package claim if the order was either lost, misdelivered. Once the order is shipped, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for the package. But as a good team we can also help you get in touch with them until you get your package delivered. unfortunatly, we won’t be able to refund orders that are lost or stolen. We expect you as the receiver to keep close track of the delivery dates.

Why do we require signatures on 100$ order?We do generally put a signature requirement on all orders that might be $100 or more to avoid issues such as missing packages, stolen packages etc. We do this for both our safety and yours as you wouldn’t want to lose the package. In case no one is home during the time of delivery. The package will be bought back to the post office or FedEx store (or authorized FedEx pickup location) in that case you will have to pick up the package at the relevant location. Services such as FedEx will attempt delivery 2-3 times on the next business after the initial delivery attempt. If no one is there to receive the package then FedEx will take it back to the FedEx facility and will hold the package for pickup for about 1 week. If no one picks up the package it will be returned to sender.

When will my order ship?Our team works hard to ship your order as soon as they can so that you get it on time. We ship most order they same day when order was place before 2pm. But normaly we do have from 1 to 3 business day, from the day it was placed. At the very least depending on inventory availability and other issues. Once the order is processed for shipment, you will receive a tracking number sent to your email. This is crucial to keep track of the order and be updated on when it’s expected to be delivered to your location.

What is your return policy?Buyers must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. Be sure the product is not opened or used. Returned items must be in original, unused and undamaged condition. We cannot refund or exchange products that are used or tampered with in any way. Ship the product back to us. When we receive your item and it is in accordance to the above conditions, we will issue a credit against your credit card for that item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable if we ship your good for free. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How long does it take for my store refund to be credited?Once we receive your mailed return, and it being inspected and in good shape as we ship it, we’ll process your credit immediately. Once the refund has been applied, you will receive an automatic email regarding the refund. Note: Your credited refund may take a few days to reflect on your account, depending on your bank’s processing time. If you don’t see the refund reflected on your account in 1-2 business days (24-48 hours) please contact your bank.

Why was my order delayed or canceled?Each and every order is unique, so reasons for cancellation or delay may vary. Do this cream will works for me despite my skin tone or ethnicity?Yes all our product are original and works. and let me advise by saying that we all have different skin type from oily to dry. So wisely choose your skin type product or simply ask for advise. We are here to help you. Its not our intention to cure or heal any desease so when sick or have some alergie or other advise to talk to your dermatologist before buying any whitening cream.

will this cream lightning me permanently?If truth be told, you do not want anything that will lighten your skin permanently. If any product claims to do that, it’s either you’re being lied too or the chemicals in the cream will damage your skin in the end. Thus, “No”, it won’t lighten you permanently. But healthy regiment of you skin will keep it healthy and beautiful.

How different your product are from other?First of all i used most of these product myself. when i get new product me and y team test it for about a couple of week. so we could not used or worsely sell anything that will damage your beauty.
