Terms & Condition

Client must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization from Queen Beauty Cosmetics prior to sending the merchandise back. A returned package shipped to us without its RMA will be refused. All returns must return on its original form and seal, adequately packed/ boxed. Should you feel your order contains discrepancies, please report it to us no later than 24hrs after receipt of product. Wrong item ship feel free to let us know for exchange.
No returns after 7 Days. Costumers pays the return cost for any returns that were shipped FREE if any other reason than damage or wrong item. At our discretion, we reserve the right to deny a return should we determine the product has been tampered.
